We make every effort to complete editing and writing tasks as quickly as possible. Each job has its own challenges. As a rough guide, however, complete editing of a 2 000 word document would take 2 working days and writing a 2 000 word document from a brief would take around 3 working days. A complete website evaluation- i.e. readability and usability checks plus preparing and writing your Website Evaluation Report- usually takes around 10 hours.

Business Writing Pool Ltd aims to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the service we provide.
These terms and conditions are designed to make sure that you, the client, clearly understand our policies and procedures. Please read them carefully.
Copyright
The documents we produce or change are yours. You retain the copyright on all documents. It is up to you to decide if you want to accept or reject the documents we write or edit.
Confidentiality
We treat all information contained in your documents as confidential. Business Writing Pool always respects the privacy of our clients. The need for complete confidentiality is fully understood by our writers and editors. A confidentiality clause is included in the contracts our staff sign. Every effort is made to ensure that email communication is confidential. However, the nature of the internet makes it impossible to guarantee that another party may not intercept emails.
Internet access
A large part of our communication is carried out using the internet. We make every effort to ensure continuous internet access, using wifi and broadband. It is, of course, not possible to guarantee internet connectivity. Therefore Business Writing Pool Ltd. does not accept responsibility for any interference to our service caused by internet technical problems.

Updated terms and conditions
From time to time our terms and conditions may be updated. Any changes or additions to our terms and conditions will be posted on this website.
The Process
1. We write your document(s) according to your instructions.
2. We send the written documents back to you as a Word document attached to an email.
3. At the same time we return a document called 'client brief'. This is your instructions to us about what you wanted written and any other information (e.g. format, style, purpose etc.)
4. We ask you to check that the written document meets your requirements.
5. When you have accepted the document we have written and any other changes you ahve requested, you send us a form 'confirmation' email. This tells us that you have accepted the document(s) we have written for you.
6. When we receive the 'confirmation' email, we bill you for our work.
EDITING
1. Attach the document(s) you want us to edit to an email and send to us as a Word document.
2. We edit using the Windows 'track changes' feature, to keep a record of changes that have been made.
3. We return your documents to you as THREE attachments- 1) the edited document(s); 2) the document with track changes so that you can see the changes we have made; 3) your original document(s).
4. After you receive the edited document(s) check that they meet your requirements.
5. When the document(s) have been edited to your satisfaction, send us the 'confirmation' email.

6. When we receive the 'confirmation' email, we bill you for our work.
Track changes: To remove track changes from a document, open View on the menu bar, open Markup and click. The tracked changes will disappear.
